Malabar Gold & Diamonds' gets appreciation from Sharjah Charity international for CSR activities in the region

H.H Sheikh Osam Bin Saqar Al Qassimi, Chairman – Sharjah Charity International, presented Memento to Mr. Hamza KS – Manager, CSR, Malabar Gold & Diamonds for their Philanthropic activities in the region.
Dubai, UAE, June 22, 2016: Malabar Gold & Diamonds’ the renowned jewellery retailer in the region is keeping charity at the forefront during the holy month of Ramadan. At a function held on 20th June, 2016 at the Sharjah Shooting Club, Malabar Gold & Diamonds along with all the other sponsors’ and supporters were appreciated by Sharjah Charity International for their continued support in philanthropic activities across the region including organizing iftar tents and other CSR activities.
Mr. Hamza K.S, Manager – CSR, Malabar Gold & Diamonds’ received a memento of appreciation from H.H Sheikh Osam Bin Saqar Al Qassimi, Chairman – Sharjah Charity International in the presence of other officials at a function held at Sharjah Shooting Club for their contribution in the iftar tent set up at Sajaa Industrial Area in association with Sharjah Charity International and the various other CSR activities did in the region.
The group has been a firm supporter of charitable activities and is always ready to take initiatives to help the underprivileged. The key areas of focus in CSR initiatives of Malabar Group are that of health, education, women empowerment, housing and environment. The group, which currently has showrooms operating across GCC, India, Malaysia and Singapore is conducting several welfare activities with the support of like-minded organizations in the respective regions. The organization ensures that a fixed percentage of its net profit is used for CSR activities every year. Indeed these initiatives taken by the group have touched the life of several people in need in different ways.
