The Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and maintain the safety and security of our construction sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead security staff, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with local regulations while fostering a secure working environment. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the security team at construction sites. - Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard personnel, assets, and property. - Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities. - Manage incident reporting and ensure timely response to security breaches or emergencies. - Collaborate with site management and local law enforcement to maintain a secure environment. - Train security staff on safety standards, emergency response, and conflict resolution. - Monitor access control to the construction site and ensure strict adherence to entry protocols.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Security Supervisor, preferably in the construction industry & retired Service man or Security services - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a security team effectively. - In-depth knowledge of security operations, risk management, and emergency procedures. - Familiarity with UAE security laws and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations. - Relevant security certifications and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.
