The Role My client is a major group company with interests in construction as well as other fields. They are looking to appoint a Saudi VP for HR to join their head office in Riyadh. This role requires an experienced HR Executive Leader with strong experience in HR, Human Capital, Transformation Strategy as well as Operations, to help my client in their transformation journey. 15-20 years experience in HR is required and must have operated previously at minimum HR Director or VP HR level.
