Resource mgt, Appraisal and Timesheet compliance for SL. Metric 100% completeness and accuracy.
Requirements Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field and Professional certifications. Experience as management consultant or a similar relevant consulting role within a consulting firm, Big 4 or corporate environment. Ability to create and develop strong relationships Able to rally teams behind a shared vision to achieve targets Strong analytical thinker Capable of being creative and thinking of solutions outside the box Organized with strong business acumen Can demonstrate project management experience of complex multiphase projects Ability to deliver projects on-time and on budget Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels of the organization. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Team player - Is willing and able to assist different team members on several tasks and demonstrates proactivity in doing so. Proficiency in Arabic and English language Adaptable - Is able to hit the ground running and rapidly learn new skills and behaviors in response to changing circumstances and changing allocations of tasks. Researching skills- Identifies, documents and shares knowledge that might be useful to others. Guide and mentor junior team members, providing coaching and support to facilitate their professional growth and development. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
