Logistics Manager (Construction - High Rise buildings and Road projects) This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for enhancing efficiency, performance, and reliability across the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring safe and unhindered access to job sites. Identifying logistics issues early to allow for timely corrections, avoiding conflicts with time-sensitive schedules. Implementing contingency plans for fast and accurate solutions when challenges arise. Developing a deep understanding of logistical requirements as outlined in the project plan. Integrating procedures necessary to fulfill project logistics needs. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of: Customer service Inventory management Supply chain and logistics Procurement Qualifications Strong skills in customer service and inventory management Proficiency in supply chain and logistics management Experience in procurement processes Background in the construction industry Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Strong communication and leadership capabilities A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
