The Role Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site) We are hiring a QA & Documentation Manager to support a large-scale digital transformation program within a leading private hospital in Riyadh. The role focuses on ensuring quality assurance and documentation governance across Hospital Information System (HIS) implementations. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement QA processes for system deployments Lead functional, integration, and UAT testing activities Track defects, test results, and quality metrics Ensure accurate documentation of testing and validation outcomes Develop and maintain documentation standards, templates, and governance Review technical documents, SOPs, and implementation guides Maintain centralized documentation across projects Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent quality standards
Requirements Requirements: 5+ years of experience in QA, testing, or documentation management Experience in enterprise system implementation projects Strong knowledge of test planning, execution, and reporting Experience in healthcare IT, HIS, EMR/EHR systems preferred Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, or related field Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
