1. Lead the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and negotiation to execution, administration, and close-out. 2. Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities, providing expert advice to the project team. 3. Ensure strict adherence to all contractual obligations, company policies, and local regulations. 4. Manage contract variations, claims, and disputes in a timely and professional manner. 5. Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related queries with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. 6. Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, financial performance, and potential risks to senior management. 7. Collaborate closely with the project management, commercial, and legal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to project delivery.

Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract management, with a proven track record in the construction or engineering industry. 3. In-depth knowledge of international standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC) and local Saudi Arabian regulations is essential. 4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
