The Role •Conduct comprehensive legal research on UAE federal and local laws, regulations, and judicial precedents •Draft, review, and translate legal documents, contracts, and memoranda in Arabic (and English where required) •Provide legal opinions and advisory support to internal teams and clients •Monitor updates in UAE legislation and assess their impact on business operations •Assist in preparing case summaries, legal reports, and compliance documentation •Liaise with government authorities, courts, and external legal counsel when necessary •Ensure all legal practices align with UAE regulatory requirements and standards •Support dispute resolution processes, including litigation and arbitration preparation
Requirements •Arabic Speaker with Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) is an advantage •Qualified/legal certification in the UAE is preferred •Minimum 3–7 years of legal experience in the UAE is preferred
