Position Title: Offshore Project Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 18,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: 1. Accommodation, Food & Transportation: Provided on-site with no deductions. 2. Airline Ticket: Provided by company. 3. Fixed Offshore allowance (while working offshore) Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading UAE conglomerate, specializing in catering, facilities management, engineering, and food distribution, committed to exceptional service and client satisfaction. Job Description: 1. Overall management of large-scale catering and camp operations including catering, housekeeping, laundry, recreation, pest control, and facility maintenance. Client relationship management and service delivery excellence. 2. Budgeting, cost control, and financial performance management. 3. Menu planning, production control, and operational execution. Inventory, asset, and utility management 4. Project mobilization and demobilization planning and execution.

Requirements
Qualifications: 1. Male, 45 years old and below with HSC or Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification 2. Minimum 7 years’ experience in catering or facilities management operations, preferably in large-scale camp or contract catering 3. Strong background in budget management, cost control, and operational efficiency 4.
