The Role (This is a commission only position in which you will have unlimited earning potential. only experience professionals need to apply) We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting clients to buy, sell, and rent properties, providing excellent service and expert guidance throughout the process. Responsibilities: - Identify and connect with prospective clients to understand their property needs. - Show and explain properties to clients, highlighting features and answering their questions. - Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process from start to finish. - Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and property values. - Develop and maintain a network of contacts including potential clients, brokers, and lenders. - Prepare and present all necessary documents including contracts, purchase agreements, and leases. - Provide clients with advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages. - Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and internal policies. - Handle inquiries promptly and build strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the UAE market. - Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, laws, and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Valid UAE real estate license or ability to obtain one. - High level of professionalism and ethical standards. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to accommodate client needs.
