The Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Oil & Gas projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and adherence to safety standards Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan, execute, and deliver projects as per scope, schedule, and budget 2. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across site operations 3. Ensure compliance with client requirements, project specifications, and HSE standards 4. Monitor project progress, risks, and performance metrics 5. Liaise with clients (ADNOC/Petrofac) and stakeholders for smooth execution 6. Manage subcontractors, procurement, and resource allocation 7. Prepare reports, project documentation, and progress updates 8. Ensure quality control and timely resolution of project issues
Requirements 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering 2. Minimum 15+ years of experience. 3. At least 10+ years of GCC & Oil and Gas experience 4. PMP Certification (mandatory) 5. Strong leadership and project management skills 6 . Experience handling large-scale EPC projects 7. ADNOC Approved – added advantage
