The Role Position Title: Restaurant Manager - Shisha & Dining Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 13,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well known Arabic restaurant in Dubai offering a fusion of Middle East cuisine and shisha experiences Job Description: 1. Oversee daily operations of dining area, shisha lounge (flavor quality, shisha presentation & consistency), and breakfast service. 2. Optimize workflow during peak breakfast hours 3. Deliver a high-end customer experience aligned with brand. 4. Monitor daily sales, P&L, and cost control.
Requirements Qualifications: 1. Male, 48 years old and below, with a background in F&B/Hospitality, including Shisha Lounge operations, hotel-style dining, and café service in Dubai 2. Experienced in leading Front-of-House (FOH) teams 3. Strong expertise in P&L management, cost control, and sales strategies 4.
