The Role This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through structured outreach and consultative engagement. Responsibilities -Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to prospective clients across the UAE and MENA region to generate new business opportunities. -Prospect and win new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach strategies. -Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent activity and follow-ups. -Introduce and position TGC Consultings Recruitment and HR Services in a clear, compelling, and consultative manner. -Understand client hiring needs and challenges, and present tailored staffing solutions aligned with their business objectives. -Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and senior consultants to drive deal progression. -Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers (HR, Hiring Managers, Business Owners), building a strong presence within the UAE business community. -Ensure accurate tracking of all outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline activity within ATS system (CEIPAL). -Stay informed on market trends, hiring activity, and the competitive landscape to support effective sales positioning.
Requirements What We Are Looking For -1–3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or business development. -Strong communication and relationship-building skills. -Confident engaging with decision-makers (HR, Hiring Managers, Business Owners). -Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently. -Comfortable working in a performance-based environment. -Proven ability to prospect, win new business, and close deals.
