They are part of a much larger international company and have offices in Dubai, Jordan, Egypt and Oman. As part of their continued growth they are now looking for an experienced Account Executive to join their Riyadh based team. The Account Executive supports the delivery of integrated PR, media, and advertising campaigns, acting as a key link between clients and internal teams. This role requires full professional fluency in both Arabic and English, enabling effective communication with local and international stakeholders, media, and partners. Key Responsibilities Client Management & Communication • Support the Account Manager in maintaining strong client relationships • Act as a day-to-day contact for client communications in both Arabic and English • Translate client requirements, briefs, and feedback accurately between languages where required • Attend meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes in both languages when necessary Campaign Coordination & Execution • Assist in the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across PR, digital, and media • Coordinate with internal departments (creative, content, media buying, production) • Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards • Liaise with external vendors, influencers, and partners across Arabic and English-speaking markets Content & PR Support • Draft, edit, and proofread press releases, media pitches, and content in Arabic and English • Conduct media outreach to Arabic and English-language publications • Support event execution including press conferences, activations, and media briefings • Monitor and report on media coverage across both language markets Reporting & Administration • Prepare bilingual reports, presentations, and campaign summaries • Track budgets, invoices, and project timelines • Maintain accurate documentation of all account activity • Conduct research and market analysis across KSA and the wider GCC
Requirements Key Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field • 1–3 years of experience in a media, PR, or advertising agency • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) – mandatory • Proven ability to write professional content in both languages • Strong understanding of the Saudi media and cultural landscape • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and influencer ecosystems • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Key Competencies • Bilingual communication excellence • Strong attention to detail in both languages • Cultural awareness within the Saudi market • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Collaborative and proactive approach What We Offer • Work with leading regional and global brands • Exposure to high-profile campaigns in Saudi Arabia • Dynamic agency environment • Career growth opportunities
