Requirements Requirements Minimum 1 year of UAE sales experience (Mortgages, Retail Banking, Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail Sales, Insurance) Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Confident in advisory selling, negotiation, and closing Target-driven, persuasive, and client-focused UAE driving license preferred Ideal Candidate Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Takes ownership of files and follows through end-to-end Hungry to grow, earn, and build a long-term career in mortgages Comfortable working with systems, processes, and multiple stakeholders
