The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UAE National Site Engineer (Civil or Mechanical) to join our project team. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate will support site operations, ensuring work is executed safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the supervision and execution of daily site activities. Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth site operations. Support in site inspections, measurements, and reporting. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements. Maintain site documentation, including daily reports and work records. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on site progress.
Requirements Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. UAE National (Mandatory) with valid Family Book. Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory). Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience. Basic understanding of construction methods and site practices. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage. Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to work on-site across different project locations in the UAE.
