The Role We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with strong experience in renewable energy projects, particularly solar (preferred) or wind, to join our team in Dubai. Relocation assistance will be provided to successful candidates. Key Responsibilities Lead and support civil engineering activities across renewable energy projects, including solar PV plants and associated infrastructure (e.g., substations). Contribute significantly to pre-contract stages (5060% of experience), including: o Bidding and tender preparation o Concept and detailed design review o Cost estimation and technical proposals Oversee and coordinate post-EPC (construction) activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements. Ensure all civil works adhere to international and Middle East engineering standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. Conduct occasional site visits to international project locations as required. Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 812 years of relevant experience in civil engineering. Proven experience in solar or wind energy projects (solar preferred). Strong exposure to both: Pre-contract phases (bidding, design, tendering) Post-contract / construction phases Previous or current experience working with an EPC contractor (preferably in renewable energy, including substations). Solid understanding of regional (Middle East) and international standards. Strong communication and coordination skills.
