The Role Freelance Mystery Shoppers (ONLY staff of Jeddah & Riyadh AIRPORTS) We are looking for people to be part of the Mystery Shopper team to improve customer service by visiting stores and recording their experiences Requirements: FREELANCE JOB - Pay per task Detail oriented We have two type of visits: - No purchase visits: Fees per report vary between 50 and 140 SAR per visit depending on the visit type (phone calls, walk-in visit, etc.) - Mystery shopping with purchase visits: We cover the product fee/ food cost up to a pre-agreed amount that varies between different assignments.
