The Role Position Title: Purchasing Assistant Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 5,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands. Job Description: 1. Prepare and process purchase orders (POs). Track orders and ensure on-time delivery 2. Communicate with local and international suppliers. Request quotations and compare prices 3. Work with sales and merchandising teams for demand planning. Coordinate with logistics for shipment and delivery schedules 4. Coordinate with warehouse for stock receiving and verification
Requirements Qualifications: 1. Filipino, Female, aged 35 years and below 2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field 3. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (preferably in fashion or FMCG) 4. Proficiency in Excel formulas and other purchasing or logistics tools
