You will partner closely with senior leadership to align technology with business goals while driving continuous improvement across infrastructure, security, and digital initiatives. Description * Manage group?wide IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cloud platforms * Ensure high availability, cybersecurity, and business continuity across sites * Lead IT support, SLAs, user training, and cybersecurity awareness * Oversee vendors, licensing, contracts, and annual IT budgets * Drive IT roadmap and digital transformation initiatives aligned to growth Job Offer * A strategic role with visibility at senior leadership level * Opportunity to shape and modernise IT across diverse environments
Requirements * Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline * 5-8 years IT experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role * Strong hands?on knowledge of networks, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 * Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage * Relevant certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA, CISSP) are beneficial
