The Role We are partnering with a leading FMCG business in the UAE to appoint a Senior Treasury Analyst. This role sits at the core of the finance function, supporting day-to-day treasury operations with a strong focus on execution, reporting, and tracker management. This is a highly hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes ownership of process tracking, cash visibility, and delivery against deadlines. Key Responsibilities Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity monitoring Support cash flow forecasting (short and medium term) Maintain and enhance treasury trackers and reporting tools (cash, payments, exposures, bank balances) Ensure timely execution of payments, collections, and intercompany funding Monitor and track working capital movements Prepare treasury reports, dashboards, and variance analysis Support bank relationships and banking platform administration Assist with month-end treasury reporting and reconciliations Drive improvements in process efficiency, tracking accuracy, and reporting clarity
Requirements Candidate Profile Minimum 4–8 years’ experience in treasury or finance, ideally within FMCG or high-volume sectors Strong experience in cash management, forecasting, and treasury operations Proven ability to build, manage, and maintain detailed trackers and reporting tools Highly detail-oriented with a strong delivery mindset Advanced Excel skills (essential) Experience with ERP/Treasury systems (SAP, Kyriba, Oracle, or similar preferred) Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, operational environment Opportunity to join a market-leading FMCG business High visibility role within a dynamic and fast-paced finance team Strong exposure to regional treasury operations
