The Role Position Title: Sales Manager - Exports Employment Type: Full Time Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading automotive distribution team in Dubai, having its operations in the global market Job Description: Drive export sales growth across GCC, Africa, Europe, and global markets Develop and manage international distributors to expand market presence Achieve revenue, margin, and sales targets through strong commercial negotiation Oversee export operations while monitoring market and competitor trends Qualifications: BBA or MBA qualification with 7–9 years of experience in export sales (automotive tyres & batteries preferred) Strong knowledge of export markets with experience handling Europe, Africa, and GCC regions Excellent commercial negotiation and distributor management skills Good communication skills and willingness to travel regularly
