The Role
Lead Design Architect / Design Manager-Arabic, requiring a minimum of 15 years of professional experience. A UPDA Grade A certification is mandatory, while RIBA certification is preferred. This role involves overseeing all design projects within the organization. Includes designing, leading, and coordinating all stages of the design process, such as: - Concept design - Schematic design - Detailed design - Tender documentation - Design support during construction Key responsibilities include: - Managing multidisciplinary design teams - Ensuring design quality and compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards - Delivering projects on time and within budget - Planning and monitoring design deliverables - Coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders - Reviewing and approving design outputs - Resolving technical issues - Supporting tender evaluations

Requirements
Education BSc, BEng, BA or Equivalent Experience More than 14 years of experience, 7 years of related experience, with regional/Middle East experience required Should be recognised as an authority on the technical subject and shall possess UPDA Certification Class A Engineering consultancy experience is mandatory
