The Role
Service Desk (L1 Support) • Provide first-line technical support via calls, emails, and ticketing tools • Log and manage incidents using tools like ServiceNow / JIRA • Troubleshoot issues related to: • Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook • VPN, printers, desktops, and laptops • Perform user account management (password reset, unlock accounts, Active Directory) • Install, configure, and support end-user devices • Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams • Ensure tickets are resolved within defined SLA

Requirements
NOC (Monitoring & Operations) • Monitor network, servers, and applications using tools like SolarWinds / Nagios • Respond to alerts related to CPU, memory, disk, and network utilization • Perform initial troubleshooting for network/connectivity issues • Escalate critical incidents to relevant teams/vendors • Maintain logs of incidents, alerts, and resolutions • Generate basic reports on uptime and incidents
