Duties & Responsibilities: • Preparing written communication internally such as memo’s, announcements etc. • Booking for hotel and flight arrangements while considering cost effective cost. • Communicating with suppliers and searching for new providers who offer quality and cost effective product or service. • Handling registering the payments on the systems while acquiring the necessary approvals. • Preparing Recognition certificates and following up on the nominations. • Arranging for monthly, quarterly and occasional rewards and gifts. • Answering the Corporate external calls and forwarding the messages. • Arranging for the company requested with external providers • Maintaining related formal documents up to date and ensure documenting and adjustments may occur. • Handling particular systems while monitoring the needs and assigning tasks and requests to employees. • The responsibilities are not limited to the above tasks.

Requirements
Qualification & Requirements: • Proven experience in a similar role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must • Proficiency in MS Office is a must • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Quick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills
