The Role Duties & Responsibilities: Preparing written communication internally such as memos, announcements etc. Booking for hotel and flight arrangements while considering cost effective cost. Communicating with suppliers and searching for new providers who offer quality and cost effective product or service. Handling registering the payments on the systems while acquiring the necessary approvals. Preparing Recognition certificates and following up on the nominations. Arranging for monthly, quarterly and occasional rewards and gifts. Answering the Corporate external calls and forwarding the messages. Arranging for the company requested with external providers Maintaining related formal documents up to date and ensure documenting and adjustments may occur. Handling particular systems while monitoring the needs and assigning tasks and requests to employees. The responsibilities are not limited to the above tasks.
Requirements Qualification & Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must Proficiency in MS Office is a must Excellent organizational and time-management skills Quick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills
