The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer in Cost Control to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. Responsibilities: 1. Project cost estimation and budgeting for overhead transmission lines (OHTL) and substations projects 2. Cost tracking and monitoring throughout the project lifecycle 3. Preparation of cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow analysis 4. Variance analysis and cost control measures 5. Coordination with project, planning, procurement, and finance teams 6. Use of cost control tools/software (Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, Excel) 7. Risk assessment related to project costs

Requirements
- Engineering Graduation in Electrical. - Minimum of 5 years experience in cost control within engineering or construction industries, (GCC Experience more preferred). - Strong knowledge of cost control methodologies, tools, and software. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines. - Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are preferred.
