The Role Prepare and review electrical designs, shop drawings, load calculations, and technical submittals. Develop single-line diagrams (SLD), lighting layouts, power layouts, earthing and lightning protection systems. Coordinate with mechanical, civil, architectural, and structural teams to ensure integration of electrical systems. Review contractor and supplier submittals for compliance with project specifications. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and method statements. Monitor site progress and prepare progress reports. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software Familiarity with local authority regulations. Knowledge of load calculation and power system design. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Professional Engineer license (preferred where applicable). Minimum 3–7 years of experience in building construction projects. Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects preferred."
