The Role
• Perform full-cycle accounting in compliance with UAE local accounting standards • Prepare financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement • Coordinate external audits and liaise with authorities, banks and tax offices • Manage financial records, cost tracking and project accounting for facade projects • Support budgeting, cost control, payroll and VAT compliance • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and company policies • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related • 3–5 years of overseas accounting experience; UAE local experience highly preferred • CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification is a plus • Strong financial analysis, reporting and project cost tracking skills • Working proficiency in English (written and spoken) • Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible and reliable team player • Ability to adapt to UAE/KSA local working culture and environment • Good cross-cultural communication skills • Compliance with local labor laws and regulations
