A reputable investment firm in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a highly professional Personal Assistant to support the Real Assets Department. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can provide seamless administrative and coordination support to senior stakeholders within a fast-paced investment environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide full administrative and personal support to senior members of the Real Assets team • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and materials • Handle correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy • Support documentation and filing related to real estate, infrastructure, or asset-related transactions • Liaise with internal departments, investors, advisors, and external stakeholders • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and key deliverables across projects • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive investment information

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field • 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within: - Investment firms - Asset management companies - Real estate or infrastructure organizations • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Professional maturity and discretion in handling confidential matters • Experience supporting senior executives or investment professionals • Familiarity with investment documentation and reporting cycles • Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
