The Role We are supporting a leading technology organization in Abu Dhabi that is developing next-generation AI-powered digital products used across enterprise and government sectors. This role is ideal for a designer who wants to work at the intersection of user experience, product strategy, and advanced technology, helping shape how users interact with intelligent systems. Role Overview As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will take ownership of the design journey—from early concepts to final product delivery. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences for complex platforms. This is a hands-on role requiring both creative thinking and practical execution, with a strong focus on usability and product impact. Key Responsibilities Design & Execution Lead the full design process from concept to final implementation Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs Develop interactive prototypes to validate ideas and user journeys Product Collaboration Partner with product and engineering teams to define features and user experiences Translate business requirements into clear and effective design solutions Ensure smooth handover of designs for development User Research & Testing Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback Continuously refine designs based on insights and data Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle Stakeholder Engagement Present design concepts clearly to internal teams Align stakeholders on design direction and decisions Facilitate discussions and workshops when needed Design Standards & Innovation Maintain consistency across design systems and interfaces Stay updated with UX/UI trends and emerging technologies Contribute to improving overall design practices within the team
Requirements To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: UAE National (with Family Book) Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred) Minimum 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital products or platforms Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Solid understanding of user-centered design principles Experience working closely with product and engineering teams Strong communication and presentation skills Preferred Skills (Advantageous) Experience designing for complex systems, enterprise platforms, or AI products Exposure to data visualization or analytics dashboards Basic understanding of frontend development concepts Experience in fast-paced environments (startup or scale-up) To view other roles we have, please visit our website - www.blackpearlconsult.com
