The Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate / Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management

Requirements
Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and computer skills Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
