The Role Position Title: Site Supervisor – 5 vacancies Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: 5,000 plus accommodation & transportation Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the trusted names in metal fabrication companies in Dubai, known for high-quality projects in the construction and architectural sectors. Job Description: ? Supervise daily aluminium façade and glass installation works, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality, and safety standards. ? Coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and liaise with project stakeholders for smooth execution. ? Monitor progress, identify issues, or delay, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and productivity. ? Maintain site records, manage resources efficiently, conduct safety briefings, and report progress to management.
Requirements Qualifications: ? Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in aluminum façade and glass installation projects, with expertise in cladding systems and curtain walls. ? Proven ability to manage multiple teams on construction sites, ensuring quality and timely execution. ? Solid understanding of safety standards, building codes, and ability to read and interpret technical drawings. ? Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
