The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong experience in Tally ERP/Prime & Advanced Excel skill to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have 10-12 experience in Handling Bank , Cash flow and independently handle VAT filing . The working knowledge of TAS system is desirable. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily accounting activities and maintain books of accounts • Handle full-cycle accounting entries using Tally ERP/Prime • Reconcile Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank statements • Process invoices, payments, an in a timely manner • Process construction Payment • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and filing requirements on time. • Sending customer invoice on timely manner under off plan. • Follow up payment with customer under off plan. • Sending statement of Account to customer on current outstanding as per Payment plan • Preparing prepayment schedule for rent collection. • Salary recording correctly in Tally prime. • Maintain schedule of advances to employee and vendor. • Sending daily cash flow statement entity wise by taking into account future bank loan repayment. • Ensure that there is sufficient balance in bank before releasing suppliers’ cheque. • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. • Ensure directors remuneration , bonus, dividend, interest on capital is processed on timely manner. • Ensure that medical insurance claim of directors is reimbursed in timely manner. • Update the off-plan collection report both incentivised and standard separately. • Ensure that due diligence / KYC of customer and supplier is done. • To check the daily transaction in tally are recorded correctly entity wise. • Prepare depreciation schedule for Assets. • The entity wise Bank loan and principal loan outstanding is updated in tally correctly. • Arrange documents for reimbursement with various Bank. • Correctly record contractor advance recovery.

Requirements
• Nationality: Filipina • Proven experience as an Accountant in the UAE • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Prime • Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and VAT laws • Proficiency in MS Excel • Excellent skill in Excel • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Accounting certifications are an advantage Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience
