We are seeking an experienced MEP QA/QC Inspector to ensure that Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality procedures, and international standards. The role includes performing inspections, coordinating with site teams, and managing quality documentation such as Inspection Requests (IR) and Material Inspection Requests (MIR). Key Responsibilities 1) Perform site inspections for MEP works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. 2) Verify that installation activities follow approved Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and project quality procedures. 3) Raise and manage Inspection Requests (IR) for completed works and coordinate with consultants/clients for inspections and approvals. 4) Raise and review Material Inspection Requests (MIR) to ensure materials delivered to site comply with approved submittals, specifications, and Material Test Certificates (MTC). 5) Inspect installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping systems, electrical installations, cable trays, conduits, earthing systems, plumbing, and drainage systems. 6) Conduct and witness testing and commissioning activities, including pressure testing, insulation resistance tests, continuity testing, and functional testing. 7) Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents related to MEP works. 8) Identify quality issues and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) where required and follow up on corrective actions. 9) Maintain accurate records of inspection reports, test results, IR logs, MIR logs, and quality documentation. 10) Coordinate with construction teams to ensure proper installation practices and compliance with project specifications. 11) Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and international standards such as IEC, NFPA, ASHRAE, and BS standards. 12) Participate in site quality audits, surveillance inspections, and project qu

Requirements
1) Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 2) Minimum 5–10 years of experience in MEP QA/QC inspection in construction or infrastructure projects. 3) Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and inspection procedures. 4) Experience in preparing and managing Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and quality documentation. 5) Familiarity with international codes and standards such as IEC, NFPA, ASHRAE, and BS standards. 6) Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, and QA/QC documents. 7) Good communication and coordination skills.
