About the Opportunity: We are currently expanding our real estate sales team and are looking for experienced Property Consultants who are ready to take ownership of their success in a performance-driven environment supported by strong marketing investment, access to quality property listings, and a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end sales transactions for residential and investment properties across Dubai, including both off-plan and secondary market opportunities. • Generate and manage qualified leads through company marketing channels, networking, referrals, and proactive business development. • Conduct professional consultations with investors and buyers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable property opportunities. • Arrange and conduct property viewings, project presentations, and investment consultations with clients. • Negotiate offers and close property transactions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, investors, buyers, and repeat clients. • Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing movements, and new project launches. • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities within the company CRM system. • Consistently achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the brokerage. Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile: We are seeking a high-performing and professionally driven Property Consultant with proven experience in Dubai real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in residential and investment property transactions, with sound knowledge of both off-plan and secondary market sales. You should be confident in managing the full sales cycle, from client acquisition and consultation to property presentations, negotiations, and successful closings. Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills are essential, along with the ability to deliver an excellent client experience at every stage. The successful candidate will be ambitious, self-motivated, and target-oriented, with the ability to perform independently in a competitive, performance-driven environment. A strong ownership mindset and commitment to building long-term client relationships are essential. Previous Dubai real estate sales experience is mandatory. RERA certification will be considered an advantage, and a UAE driving license is preferred. Fluency in English is required, while additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or European languages will be a strong advantage. Important Only candidates with prior Dubai real estate sales experience will be shortlisted.
