Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ICAPS Administrator to support commissioning activities for a major oil & gas project. The role will be responsible for maintaining the ICAPS database, ensuring accurate commissioning data management, and supporting system handover activities throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires close coordination with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure the integrity of commissioning documentation and reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administer and maintain the ICAPS database including system setup and user access. 2. Manage commissioning tags (COTags), test packages, and preservation records. 3. Ensure commissioning data is accurately entered and maintained in the system. 4. Generate commissioning progress reports and dashboards. 5. Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams. 6. Support preparation of commissioning documentation including ITRs, checklists, and certificates. 7. Assist with data transfer and system handover to the client. 8. Provide technical support and guidance to ICAPS users.

Requirements
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 2. 3–5 years of experience as an ICAPS Administrator in oil & gas or EPC projects. 3. Hands-on experience managing ICAPS databases and commissioning data. 4. Familiarity with commissioning, pre-commissioning, and system handover processes. 5. Experience working with international oil & gas clients is preferred. 6. Knowledge of TotalEnergies OPERCOM methodology is an advantage. 7. Strong analytical and reporting skills. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Working Conditions: 1. Site-based role with travel to project locations in Iraq. 2. Work may involve remote project sites and rotation schedules. 3. Candidates must be comfortable working in international EPC project environments.
