The Role We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Arabic and Islamic Teacher to join our educational team in Abu Dhabi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate students in Arabic language and Islamic studies, fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of both. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in teaching these subjects and preferably be Emirati, reflecting local cultural and educational values. Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Arabic language and Islamic studies according to the curriculum. - Develop and implement teaching plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities. - Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to facilitate improvement. - Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect for cultural diversity. - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and contribute to the development of the educational program. - Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities. - Ensure compliance with all educational regulations and standards within the UAE and Abu Dhabi local authorities.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Arabic language, Islamic studies, Education, or a related field. - Preferably Emirati nationality to align with cultural and community representation. - Proven experience teaching Arabic and Islamic subjects at school level. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. - Ability to create a supportive and motivating learning atmosphere. - Familiarity with the educational curriculum and standards in the UAE. - Commitment to continuous professional development and educational excellence.
