The Role A respected boutique private office with international operations is seeking a Finance Associate to join its Dubai-based team. The organisation supports senior stakeholders and private investment interests across multiple jurisdictions and is known for its trusted relationships, professional environment, and long-standing partnerships. This role supports the day-to-day financial administration of several international entities and will suit a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working within a structured, collaborative office environment. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, preparing detailed expense reports, processing inter-company transactions, issuing invoices and monitoring receivables, and liaising with external accounting providers. The position will also provide exposure to compliance administration, company registrations, and occasional support to broader office operations where required.
Requirements The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline and bring strong hands-on experience in bookkeeping and expense management within a UAE-based SME, professional services firm, or boutique organisation. Advanced QuickBooks experience and excellent written English skills are essential, and expereince in financial modeling is an additional advantage. We are seeking a highly organised, dependable and service-oriented professional who takes pride in accuracy and enjoys supporting a close-knit team environment. Due to the immediate nature of this requirement, applicants must be currently based in the UAE with prior local work experience and be available to start at short notice.
