The Role As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining customized Odoo applications to streamline our business processes and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop scalable solutions tailored to the companys requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Experience in industrial manufacturing/production company is essential. • Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules and applications to meet specific business needs, including but not limited inventory, procurement, accounting, production and sales. • Integrate Odoo with other third-party systems and tools as necessary to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability. • Optimize and enhance existing Odoo modules and workflows to improve performance, usability, and scalability. • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Odoo applications to ensure quality and reliability. • Provide end-user support, training and documentation. • Stay updated on the latest Odoo features, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our systems and processes. • Collaborate with the Odoo team to ensure proper deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Odoo applications and infrastructure. • Perform module upgrades, migrations and version improvements.
Requirements • Experience in industrial manufacturing/production company is essential. • Proven experience as an Odoo developer with strong proficiency in Python programming language. • Experience with Odoo v17+ development and module customization. • Solid understanding of ERP systems and business processes, particularly in manufacturing or service industries. • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and ORM concepts. • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Knowledge of Odoo.sh, version control (Git), and enterprise versions. • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
