The Role Position Title: Finance Manager - Commercial FP&A Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 35,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: Airline Ticket and 50% Discount on Luxury merchandise Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands. Job Description: 1. Assist in preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling financial plans. 2. Analyze sales performance by region, channel, and brand to identify trends and opportunities. Evaluate profitability by customer, license, and product category. 3. Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries for leadership review. Consolidate financial performance data across multiple markets and business units. 4. Assist in implementation of FP&A systems or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Drive standardization and automation of financial reporting processes.
Requirements Qualifications: 1. Asian nationalities, aged 35 and below. 2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred). 3. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supporting commercial teams, ideally within fashion and consumer brands. 4. Strong technical skills with Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite); professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CFA) is an advantage.
