The Role
Job Description: -Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. -Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (GAAP, IFRS,) -Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. -Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations. Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.

Position Title: Finance Manager - Operations Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 25K AED inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries, including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands. Qualifications: -Open to Indian nationals, aged 45 years old and below, with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (CPA, CMA) preferred. -Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. -Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) with advanced Excel skills and financial modelling knowledge. -Strong experience in finance operations, accounting, reporting, and process management, preferably in fashion retail, lifestyle, or similar industries.
