The Role The Experience Manager will focus directly on a high-net-worth client to ensure that his experience on his yacht, farm, and at work is always aligned with his expectations and standards. This will include overseeing catering for functions, preparing the yacht to host him and/or guests (all aspects EXCEPT the technical and sailing responsibilities, which will be under the Captain), and ensuring that guests and dignitaries visiting the offices have a memorable experience.
Requirements The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding and experience of carering, food preparation, and butler service, and will be very meticulous and detail-oriented. Candidates with a 5-star hospitality background, private flight crew, and butler training would be an ideal match for this role. A solid understanding of protocols will be an added advantage. Although English and Arabic language skills would be an added value, it is not essential.
