The Role
We are looking for an experienced Cook/Chef to prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for children in a nursery setting as per DM Standards . The candidate will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. Must ensure meals meet children’s dietary needs and allergy requirements. The role also includes managing food supplies and following food safety regulations. Previous experience in a school or nursery kitchen is preferred. Food Safety certification will be an advantage.

Requirements
Requirements:- Previous experience as a cook/chef in a nursery, school, or childcare center preferred. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. Ability to prepare healthy meals suitable for young children. Basic knowledge of allergy-aware cooking and special diets. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently in a small kitchen environment. Qualifications:- High school certificate or equivalent. Food Safety / Food Hygiene Certificate (mandatory in most nurseries). Diploma / Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM), or BSc in Culinary Arts Or Culinary training or certification OR Equivalent Dubai Municipality approved Level 2 food safety training certificate is needed Russian Speaking must Location- Dubai, UAE Salary - up to AED 10,000 (for the right candidate) Familiar with Russian, CIS, Slavic, European style cooking
