The Role The IT-Technology Manager/Head leads the company’s digital transformation strategy, ensuring the integration of advanced technologies in construction processes. The role focuses on improving project efficiency, quality, and cost control through innovation, AI, automation, and smart construction solutions. • Define and implement the company’s technology roadmap aligned with strategic objectives. • Lead deployment of BIM, ERP, AI, and data analytics tools to improve decision-making. • Data Management & Analytics: Implement systems for data collection, analysis, and visualization to leverage data-driven insights for better decision-making and project optimization. • Ensure the technological resources meet the companys short and long-term needs. • Introduce construction automation technologies—drones, robotics, and 3D scanning. • Oversee IT systems, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure management. • Collaborate with Project, Engineering, and Procurement teams to enhance productivity. • Ensure the technological resources meet the companys short and long-term needs. • Identify and manage technology vendors, consultants, and solution providers. • Conduct digital awareness and capability-building programs across departments. • Ensure all technology initiatives meet compliance, quality, and ROI expectations.
Requirements Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or Information Technology. • 10–15 years’ experience in the construction or EPC industry, with 5+ years in a technology leadership role. • Proven experience implementing BIM, AI, or digital project management platforms. • Strong background in IT governance, cybersecurity, and data-driven project control. Core Competencies • Strategic and innovative thinking. • Strong understanding of engineering and project workflows. • Leadership and change management capability.
