Requirements Open to all Syrian, Jordanian, and Lebanese nationalities aged 48 years and below, holding bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in retail visual merchandising. At least 4 years in a leadership/director-level (C-level exposure preferred) role. Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, SPHR) required; must come from retail or related industries such as fashion, leisure, or luxury lifestyle.
