The Role About the Client: A leading Dubai-based conglomerate shaping the future of AI, fintech, healthcare, and more that drives innovation and empowers businesses across the MENA region Job Description: Manage and grow high-value partner relationships, serving as the primary commercial contact for senior stakeholders across government and private sectors. Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through strategic networking, partnerships, and market intelligence — focusing on expansion, not cold calling. Represent the organization at industry events and meetings, staying ahead of market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities. Lead opportunity qualification, proposals, and negotiations while collaborating internally to deliver successful go-to-market execution and financial targets.
Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or a related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B Business Development or Key Account Management. Demonstrated success in developing, managing, and expanding strategic accounts and long-term partnerships. Strong experience working with government entities and large private sector organizations is highly preferred.
