The Role
We are hiring for A well-established distributor group in Dubai, serving the Middle East with multi-national brands in FMCG, Household & SDA. Job Description: - Formulate and execute sales strategies strictly aligned with approved business plans and budgets. - Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across channels, with corrective action taken immediately in case of deviation. - Gross profit achievement and Margin control - Exercise direct control and supervision over Key Account Mangers, Executives, Merchandisers, and Sales Coordinators

Requirements
- 45 years and below. - At least 10 years of sales experience in FMCG or related products - Coming from an MNC (Multinational Corporation) handling known brands or groups. - Owning a car is an advantage.
