Job Description: Develop and execute corporate banking strategy, driving business growth, profitability, and portfolio expansion. Lead client relationship management and business development, providing tailored financial solutions. Oversee credit assessment, risk management, regulatory compliance, and cross functional collaboration. Manage and mentor the corporate banking team, reporting performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.

Requirements
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Minimum of 15+ years in banking, with at least 10 years in corporate banking or senior leadership role within the Southern African market. Proven track record in corporate finance, portfolio management, and business development with a strong understanding of credit risk, lending products, and regulatory compliance. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
