Requirements A successful Recruitment Consultant should have: * A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field. * Experience in recruitment or sales. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms ideal * The ability to work independently and as part of a team * A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering quality outcomes.
