We are on the look out for impressive recruitment consultants and/or sales professionals keen to switch industries, across all levels to join Michael Page Middle East. This role will focus on delivering exceptional recruitment solutions while building strong relationships with clients and candidates in the region. As the flagship brand of PageGroup, it delivers premium permanent, temporary, and executive hiring solutions backed by decades of market insight, making it one of the most respected and influential names in professional recruitment worldwide Description * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. * Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs. * Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. * Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage candidates. * Provide advice and market insights to clients and candidates. * Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives. * Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information. * Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures in the hiring process. Requirements
A successful Recruitment Consultant should have: * A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field. * Experience in recruitment or sales. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms ideal * The ability to work independently and as part of a team * A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering quality outcomes.
