Senior Operations Manager - Hospitality - Madinah, KSA We are currently seeking a Senior Operations Manager (GM Level) for our client based in Dubai which is a top tier integrated facilities management provider operating internationally. The role is considered on a GM level for hotels/resorts with a focus on Hospitality perspective and view to manage one of the companys clients portfolio.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. - Proven track record of at least 7 years in senior operations management within the hospitality sector. - Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure. - In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations standards, customer service protocols, and industry regulations, particularly in Saudi Arabia. - Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in operational management software and tools. - Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments and cultural nuances.
